On behalf of our Client, an international company providing innovative, business solutions to its worldwide customers, we are currently looking for an Assistant Chargeback and Retrieval Request Department. The person on this position will be providing customer support and report directly to headquarters.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Process orders from the Chargeback an Retrieval Request Department and forward them to our merchants
- Upload of documents onto different cardscheme systems and transmit them to the concerning cardscheme
- Compile documentations and information of business cases and translate them in English
- Monitor business cases and meet deadlines according to the rules and regulations from the cardscheme organization
- Provide on-site substitution of a chargeback specialist
- Administrative support for the head chargeback and the team located abroad

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Completed commercial education
- At least one year of work experience, preferably in an international environment. Knowledge of the card business would be a plus
- A high customer-oriented approach, a distinctive sense of responsibility as well as a reliable and self-dependent work method
- Ability to work under pressure and persistency
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Polish
- Very good English
- The command of other languages such as Hungarian, Czech, Croatian or Slovenian would be a benefit
