Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for Customers
- Resolving Customers’ requests received via phone and email according to agreed service levels and service standards
- Taking care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all Customers’ requests
- Order handling: accurate processing of Customers’ orders
- Claim processing
- Cooperating with theother Company’s departaments
