Customer Service Specialist

- Point of contact for customers from public and private health sector;
- Standard and consignment orders management in SAP;
- Preparing packing lists, picking goods, ordering couriers for outbound; deliveries/tracking shipments/collecting PODs;
- Receiving inbound deliveries/checking their contents/returning goods to manufacturers ifnecessary;
- Preparing replenishment demand for local stock/monitoring local stock levels;
- Monitoring local&consignment stocks for short shelf life items – taking necessary action to prevent expiration;
- Data management of existing and new accounts and vendors;
- Sales territory management according to products divisions;
- Prices management for customer accounts;
- Preparing reports on back & open orders, sales and prices data/stock in transit;
- Cooperation with sales managers, tender department, demand planners, forecasting/manufacturing/regulatory/return teams;
- Monitoring customer contracts/in forming sales team about tenders
- Some professional experience in customer service (medical industry);
- Very good English language skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer service mindset;
