Responsibilities:
- Manage any queries and issues related to order management,
- Manage the customer communication in order related queries and requests
- Collaboration with other relevant hub functions to ensure orders are handled on time
- Manage claims registration process when relevant
- Order Management activities and input to and Order Entry, Order Validation, Logistics Claims
- Booking transportation for exceptional orders and returns
- Claims registration and collaboration with customer on claims resolution
- Internal Order data confirmation and input to Order Entry (Internal Orders)
- Short Shelf-Life order management and input to Order Entry (SSL Orders)
- Supporting the customers with order changes and providing input to Order Entry and Order Validation teams (Order Change)
- Booking transportation for exceptional orders and returns (Transportation Planning)
Qualifications:
- Language level: Swedish min. B2 and English min. B2
- Customer focus, attention to detail, time management
- SAP ECC, Pega CRM, High Radius Deductions, O2C Dashboards will be an asset
- Strong influencing skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong team dedication and results delivery orientation
