Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian and English
Location: Remote work
Your daily tasks:
- Providing logistical support related to customer orders;
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service (Chat/Email/Phone);
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards;
- Performing daily tasks efficiently and on time;
- Achieving quality goals related to calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Fluent in Hungarian (B2) and English (B2);
- Great personal manners, empathy, and attention to detail;
- Motivation and eagerness for growth;
- Access to broadband internet via Ethernet cable;
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mb/s download and 20 Mb/s upload.
- Ability to prioritize and plan;
- Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Interpersonal skills.
Working conditions:
- Type of contract: Employment contract;
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00;
- Basic salary + quarterly bonus;
- Work environment: Remote work from anywhere in Poland.
