Key responsibilities:
Support for German-speaking clients of online store Sizeer.de, by telephone and mail
Implementation and monitoring orders made by store’s customers
Responsibility for the content published on the online shop
Preparation of promotional materials
Support of the creation of the Sizeer ‘s image on German market
Qualifications:
Fluent German in speech and writing
Knowledge of Polish
Customer orientation
Teamwork and communication skills
Creativity and organizational skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Software products
