Customer Service Specialist with English
Location: Kraków

You will become one of IP world class project management expert. This role will allow you to broaden your skills and expertise in following knowledge areas: communication, schedule, cost, resources, scope, stakeholder, resources, quality, risk and integration management in all phases of the project lifecycle - initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring. You will have exposure to the diversified Service Providers, IT organization and Business partners, in EMEA, Russia, India or U.S. You will be accountable for the delivery of all ITSS components of an IT project, relying on your project management expertise and skills to do so. You could be assigned to manage any type of project within IT department, a single large project or multiple smaller projects as determined by size, scope and other project characteristics.

 

You will be responsible for:
  • Cooperation in different languages with European customers via phone and email on a daily basis. It’s important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-up as necessary
  • Our long-standing business customers in Europe. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and make sure they are satisfied with our service. The relationship we have with our customers is crucial and you will have an influence on what it is like
  • Cooperation with internal departments of International Paper and you will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation. You will also learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your customer accounts
  • Analytical tasks, so if you have skills in that area you will have an opportunity to use them
You have:
  • Strong focus on details and you are action oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and you are open for new tasks
  • Eagerness to work in a team environment
  • Ability to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your actions
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and process high volume of data accurately and efficiently
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Good organizing skills
  • University bachelor or master degree, no previous experience is required
