Customer Service Specialist with English- UK Market

Zakres obowiązków:
A new Employee will be responsible for:
- Supporting business Clients from the UK market in solving actual problems related to the cloud-based softrware via e-mail, phone, chat, forum, social media
- Build relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from a range of industries
- Cooperate closely with Sales and Account Manager to both mentor and help to solve issues
- Assess, troubleshoot, and report back on customer issues, as well as documenting ongoing challenges for further analysis
- Native level of English
- Advanced spoken Polish
- Experience providing 1st line support to corporate customers in a multi-national organization
- Ability to work with customers and provide quality services
- Good manners and interpersonal skills
- A passion for social media or web-based software and knowledge of e-commerce will be an additional advantage
