Customer Service Specialist with Czech

Location: Remote work from Poland

 

Your daily tasks:
  • Providing the highest level of customer service;   
  • Answering incoming calls, mails and meeting targets set by our client and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Native knowledge of Czech and additionally good knowledge of Polish or English;
  • Experience: Good to have experience in customer service;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, not scared of challenges.

  • Developed soft skills.

Working conditions:

  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students below 26 years old and employment contract for employees above 26 years old);  
  • Basic salary + monthly bonuses;   
  • Work fully remotely in Poland.
