Customer Service Specialist with Czech and English
Location: Remote from any place in Poland
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers of a global healthcare technology company specialising in the development and manufacturing of medical devices. You will handle incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide support and resolve customer issues related to the use of insulin pumps. Your role will involve meeting performance targets set by the Client and management, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position includes evening and night shifts.
Tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality
- Performing daily tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1) and English (B2)
- Experience: Customer service experience is a plus
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and strong computer skills
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic
