Job description
Providing services and solutions for efficient purchasing, we have a wide range of Procure applications based on SAP SRM technology combined with fully self-developed modules connected and integrated via WebMethods.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will have the possibility to widen your business and technical knowledge on all procurement applications offered to our customers.
The role involves resolution of support issues as well as execution of services to assist internal and external stakeholders. You act as the main interface and communication channel during the complete incident and service request life cycles.
Main accountabilities
- Provide 1st line support for customer Single Point of Contacts (SPOC)
- Execution of services to assist internal and external stakeholders
- Phone support and train suppliers
- Be part of main release projects as the application responsible of the team
- Lead customers in using efficiently all functionalities of procurement applications
- Work with continuous improvements of internal processes, routines and the development of new services for our customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish is a must (minimum B2 level, preferable C1)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of German would be an asset
- Experience in Business Environment (Customer Service roles preferred)
- Technical background would be an asset (e.g.: IT service desk roles experience, educational background)
- Client and value adding mind-set
- Analytical skills
- Strong social and communication skills with focus on quality and time
- Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box
