- Point of contact forcustomers from public and private health sector;
- Standard and consignmentorders management in SAP;
- Preparing packinglists, picking goods, ordering couriers for outbound; deliveries/trackingshipments/collecting PODs;
- Receiving inbounddeliveries/checking their contents/returning goods to manufacturers ifnecessary;
- Preparingreplenishment demand for local stock/monitoring local stock levels;
- Monitoring local& consignment stocks for short shelf life items – taking necessary actionto prevent expiration;
- Data management ofexisting and new accounts and vendors;
- Sales territorymanagement according to products divisions;
- Prices managementfor customer accounts;
- Preparing reportson back & open orders, sales and prices data/stock in transit;
- Cooperation withsales managers, tender department, demand planners, forecasting/manufacturing/regulatory/returnteams;
- Monitoring customer contracts/informingsales team about tenders;
- Some professional experience in customer service (medical industry);
- Very good English language skills;
- Good German language skills;
