Customer Service Specialist - German Speaker

Role Overview
With the business growing it is imperative that we get the right people into the business to help us drive forward. You will be responsible for:
- Provide excellent customer service via email and chats
- Troubleshoot and work with the other teams to resolve customer issues
- Convert new customers coming in via emails and social media channels and other
- Proactively represent Azimo online & on social media
- Work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies
- Acquire Azimo fans!
Requirements
Skills & Experience required
- Fluent in German and English, additional language is a plus
- Degree-level education
- Computer literate
- Customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box
- Excellent written manner
- Self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and take responsibility for getting things done with minimal supervision
- Credible communicator with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- A good team player: someone who sees work as more than a job, wants to have fun, get involved and be part of something exciting
- Persistent, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
