We are looking for a candidate who speaks fluent German to join our fantastic Customer Service Team team based in our Krakow office.

Role Overview
With the business growing it is imperative that we get the right people into the business to help us drive forward. We will want you to do the following (and probably some other things on top of that too!):
- Provide excellent customer service via email and chats
- Troubleshoot and work with the Operations team to resolve customer issues
- Convert new customers coming in via emails and social media channels and other
- Proactively represent Azimo online & on social media
- Work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio of partner companies
- Acquire Azimo fans!
Requirements
Skills & Experience required
- Fluent in German, additional languages a bonus.
- A people person, happy to talk to customers and win them over
- Degree-level education
- Computer literate
- Customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box
- Excellent written manner
Skills & Experience preferred
- Experience of working across countries
- 1-2 years work experience in a customer facing role
- Copyediting skills

- Self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and take responsibility for getting things done with minimal supervision
- Credible communicator with internal and external stakeholders and partners
