Job description:
WORK IN KRAKÓW
- Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
- Handle all enquiries from Customers via Facebook and Twitter
- Respond to queries sent directly by Client
- Notify customers of any changes in their journey
- Cooperation with customers with special needs during travel
- Work with colleagues to ensure Clients expectations are meet
- Excellent written and oral skills in German
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
- Confident,flexible and results oriented approach,
- Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive outlook,
- Willingness to work on shifts
- Working hours: Mon-Sun 9:00-24:00 (additional nightshifts benefit +taxi)
