ABOUT THE COMPANY
BELBAL is a European producer and printer of latex balloons. Over the last 30 years the company became a global reference in the party industry and today BELBAL balloons are sold in more than 60 countries. In 2015, the company was acquired by young entrepreneurs who are convinced that BELBAL still has a lot of untapped potential. Together with a team of 300 colleagues they work passionately at expanding the reach and the scope of the company.
- Follow up from the order intake to the final delivery of the ordered goods and therefor working with internal departments such as planning, operations, and logistics
- Maintains regular and proactive contact with the assigned customers' accounts for providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
- Maintains customer records by having account information updated for key account managers and customer service manager
- Provides support to prospective customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services under supervision of key account managers and customer service manager
- experience as customer employee, preferably in an international environment.
- very good knowledge of English language both written and spoken
- knowledge of French or German language would be an advantage
- you are positive, customer-friendly, patient with excellent communication and organizational skills
