The role of administrator is based within the Operational team in Poland, dedicated to one of Capita’s clients.
The team is responsible for all aspects of shareholder contact in fluent German language by phone, post and email for German and Austrian residents. Responsibilities also include all aspects of registration maintenance and general administration work for Capita’s client register, working closely with the UK team to provide the very highest level of branded customer service to over 100,000 shareholders resident in Germany and Austria.

Sole point of contact for all incoming enquiries by telephone, post and email from German speaking shareholders and Share Plan participants for Capita’s client.

Resolve all incoming telephone calls in fluent German in line with branding policies.

Research and respond to incoming shareholder or third party enquiries by letter or email.

Use Capita systems to update details held on the core register, with a high standard of accuracy always ensuring that appropriate identification and verification checks have been completed where applicable.

Validate and register German / Austrian legal documentation submitted by shareholders against the core register.

Assist in ensuring that all targets / SLAs are met, working in line with the strict performance standards.

Assist in the provision of detailed management information and shareholder feedback to the UK team.

Ensure that all work is completed in line with Capita's internal policies at all times.

German language qualifications C2 to Native.

Very good English both spoken and written.

Degree level qualified.

Professional experience in financial services, German language or customer services would be an asset.
