Customer Service Representative with French

Responsibilities:
- Pull Open Order Reports, review and execute delivery orders accurately and on time
- Provide end to end Query management, order entry and transactional activities and serve as the interface between Customers with regard to operations communications
- Provides proactive information to Customers
- Manages Customer queries over the phone, by fax and by e-mail. Where possible Customer Service
- Representative will resolve issue over phone with client
- Where necessary, escalate queries for resolution to the client
- Ability to collaborate across many different groups and communicate with multiple key stakeholders of all levels
Requirements:
- Precious customer service experience
- BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Knowledge of French, German or Italian on at least C1 level
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong communication/organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system preferred
