Customer Service Representative with French
Location: Warszawa
Nr Ref.: CS/WAW/15
Responsibilities:
Pull Open Order Reports, review and execute delivery orders accurately and on time
Provide end to end Query management, order entry and transactional activities and serve as the interface between Customers with regard to operations communications
Provides proactive information to Customers
Manages Customer queries over the phone, by fax and by e-mail. Where possible Customer Service
Representative will resolve issue over phone with client
Where necessary, escalate queries for resolution to the client
Ability to collaborate across many different groups and communicate with multiple key stakeholders of all levels
Requirements:
Precious customer service experience
BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
Knowledge of French, German or Italian on at least C1 level
Very good knowledge of English
Strong communication/organizational skills
Self-motivation
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system preferred
