For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates for Customer Service Representative.
Within this position you will be managing customers’ business needs over the phone and email. Your duties will include processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems and receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions. You will also be generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with very good English (B2/C1) and knowledge of other European language (C1 level) – Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian, Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak. Knowledge of more than one language will be an asset. Ideal candidate would have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in multinational team.
