Customer Service Representative with English (hybrid program)
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Supporting customers via phone and email on 2 different projects (technical support and online shop - both in English language) as a part of English Back up Structure program;
- Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
- Supporting customers regarding computers and printers configurations (technical support);
- Walking customers through a simple order process, providing superior service regarding product offers, availability and information (online shop);
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- At least high school degree;
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills (Native or near Native Speaker level);
- Relevant contact center work experience is desirable but not essential.
