Customer Service Representative with Czech

Requirements:
- Be fluent in Czech language and have good command of written and spoken English
- Have experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to adapt to the changing environment
- Able to work under time pressure
- Have computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Resolving any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practice
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Being available on Live Chat for customers
- Processing orders
- Providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers
