Customer Service Representative with British English (C2/Native)
Your daily tasks:
- Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest levels of service are provided;
- Answer emails within company's guidelines;
- To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in British English (C2/native);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook);
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Working hours: Mon-Fri - 9:00am - 9pm Sat - 10:00am-6:00pm (8 hours a day);
- On-site work in our new office in Warsaw or hybrid (work from home).
