Customer Service Representative / Czech Language

Responsibilities:
- Build a close relationship with the customer ensuring they are kept up to date with new opportunities.
- Regular telephone contact with customers and sales representatives operating in the particular market areas.
- Service, and verification of supplementary orders, checking and controlling the correctness of received data.
- Support of the sales process in the commodity trading system - introduction of seasonal and current orders for products and advertising materials, monitoring the availability of seasonal products and release for sale, issuing sales invoices and sending them to customers.
- Providing customers with a constant flow of information from the company
- Coordination of special deliveries to customers, related to stocking up with new commercial products and promotional sales of products.
- Preparation and sending of standard reports for the needs of Sales Representatives, regarding cooperation with customers, inventories, product availability and other.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Polish, Czech and English, verbally and in writing (obligatory competneces).
- Ability to handle complaints, follow the processes. Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Positive energy and a flexible personality open to new challenges.
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office).
- Very good work organization, regularity, independence, ability to set priorities.
