Customer Service Professional with Japanese
Home office
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail);
- Meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Flexible working hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday (5 days/week, 8 hours a day);
