Summary of primary job responsibilities:
Working in partnership with our Clients, we are looking to grow our ITALIAN team of expert Customer Service Professionals. With full training provided, you will support customers who are having challenges and are contacting us via phone, email, or chat. Delivering a world-class customer experience is key, and as part of this, you will offer eligible customers the best service.
Your tasks will be to:
- Committed to driving customer satisfaction
- Have the ability to multi-task, problem solve and are detail-oriented
- Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
- Maintain received information properly in the system
Your skills:
- speak excellent Italian (min. C1 level)
- speak good English (min. B2)
- are a positive spirit with host of self-motivation
- know all the secrets of Windows and MS suite
- mastered the art of interpersonal communication
- love both teamwork and individual tasks
