Job description:
Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
Handling emails, faxes and calls (incoming enquiries)
Helping customers with booking
Delivering the highest quality customer service
Work in team to ensure Clients expectations are meet
Requirements:
Fluent Dutch
Knowledge of English – intermediate level
Should be flexible to work in shift work and on the weekend (2-3 Saturdays per month)
University degree
Motivation to learn
Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
Being a team player
Previous call center, travel industry or/and hospitality experience - as an asset
