Our Customer Service is the direct link between zooplus and our customers. Our goal is to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction for all our customers with the assistance of several customer-service-centers throughout Europe.
Your Challenge
Monitoring, Controlling and Training of our 1st and 2nd Level Customer Service
3rd Level Support for our external Customer-Service-Centers, quality assurance and coaching
E-mail support for our customers within our CRM-environment concerning all aspects of our online-shop
Communicating with in- and external Partners
Administrative Back-Office work
Close cooperation with Purchasing, Shop Management and Headquarter in Munich / Germany
Your profile
Bachelor in Business or equivalent qualification
Work experience in Customer-Service or Online-Shopping area
General knowledge and interest in the area of pets and pet supplies
Internet affinity and interest in e-commerce and marketing
Flexible and reliable teamplayer with a passion for communication
Native Polish speaker, fluent English and/or German language skills
