Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational tasks related to pricing mistakes analysis and its resolution accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
- Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Solving issues and making decision based on the best knowledge of the processes from O2C area
- Built and deploy improvement solutions (mainly IT) within European Proactive Price Control team
- Monitor and control the end-to-end price control process to detect issues and communicate to relevant parties for the proactive resolution.
- Analysis and solving pricing differences detected before the billing by proper price refreshment & billing block removal process
- Price Control Efficiency assurance- focus on elimination of price discrepancies to reduce pricing claims, claims analysis in order to identify inefficiencies within the process
- Reduce price control laps time and making sure that all price mistakes are resolved as soon as possible and all issues are escalated accordingly to MSO
- Designing / developing / maintaining local IT tools used in the OTC Proactive Price Control team
Preferred qualifications
- Very good overall computer skills (Advanced knowledge of MS Office: focus on Excel, Access & good knowledge of SAP system)
- Basic programming skills with VBA
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal customers
- Ability to propose / asses / select solutions
- Ability to manage parallel tasks
- Precision in daily tasks
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluent in English
