Customer operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our Customer Service team You will be responsible for receiving, recording, planning and follow up of Service Calls as well as the placing and following thought spare part orders. A customer operations specialist interacts with our clients using telephone, e-mail and ticket systems. You’ll be exposed to a diversity of clients in an international environment and get the chances to build and maintain a client base providing them long-term customer support.
- Receive, record and process Customer Service requests, received by phone or email.
- Ensure efficient planning of dispatch of engineers to customer sites for install and fix of equipment
- Process & follow thought spare parts orders (Field Service Engineers and customers) on SAP/ CSMS
- Organize the preventive maintenance agenda, communicate with customer
- Quote management for service, ad hoc request of customers, and follow up of the invoicing
- Organize/request special transport if needed
- Manage customer enquiries concerning stock issues, delivery issues, invoicing, services interventions, returns of spare parts, faulty products.
- Follow up to customer resolution in relation to collection.
- Handle Customer escalations and align with country responsible
- Maintain the availability calendar of Field Service Engineers
