Job Overview
Customer operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our Customer Service team You will be responsible for receiving, recording, and processing customer orders, enquiries and complaints. A customer operations specialist interacts with our clients using telephone, e-mail and ticket systems. You'll be exposed to a diversity of clients in an international environment and get the chances to build and maintain a client base providing them long-term customer support.
Main tasks:
- Receive, record, process and follow up customer orders or service requests
- Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecast, invoicing, and returns
- Follow-up on supply issues; align internally and keep customers informed
- Organise/request urgent transport when needed
- Ensure efficient planning of dispatch of engineers to customer sites for install and fix of equipment
- Promote and support the use of our Agfa Graphics Internet Sales tool
Wymagania
What you offer us
- Fluency in at least one of the following European languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish
- Good command of English; knowledge of Polish not required
- Good communication skills
- The capacity to work as a true team player
- Proficiency with SAP is a plus
- Comfortable in using excel is a bonus
- First experience in customer operations is an asset
