Customer Experience Specialist with Portuguese
Miejsce pracy: Kraków

We are looking for a driven Customer Experience Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks gamers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily contact with players mainly via e-mail & social media channels
  • Performing excellent service to our players
  • Collaborate with other departments (product teams/marketing team/game artists team) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Providing translations if required
  • Constantly collaborating with other team members
  • Supporting Business Development Team

Skills

  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of another European language will be an asset
