Customer Experience Specialist with Portuguese

We are looking for a driven Customer Experience Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks gamers.
Responsibilities
- Daily contact with players mainly via e-mail & social media channels
- Performing excellent service to our players
- Collaborate with other departments (product teams/marketing team/game artists team) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Providing translations if required
- Constantly collaborating with other team members
- Supporting Business Development Team
Skills
- Fluent Portuguese
- Good knowledge of English
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of another European language will be an asset
