Job description
- Professional support for individual customers from French-speaking markets
- Representing the company and its products
- Cooperation with other business areas of our client
Requirements
- Proficient French in both written and speaking
- At least intermediate English (internal communication, trainings)
- Relevant work experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Strong communication and active listening skills
