Customer Care Specialist with European language (German / French)
Location: Krakow, Poland
Duties:
Daily contact with German- French-speaking customers
Customer service via email, telephone and online chat/website
Providing customers with relevant information and daily support in solving their queries
Classification and registration of notified problems
Cooperation with other departments
Raporting of taken actions
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of German / French
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness to learn and gain new competences
Experience in customer service is not required
