Customer Care Specialist with Czech or Hungarian

On behalf of our Client, an international company providing innovative, business solutions to its worldwide customers, we are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The person on this position will be providing customer support to Czech or Hungarian market. Ideal candidate will have strong focus on clients, excellent communication and language skills.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Independent processing of all kind of requests from our customers, partners and third parties (corporate/business clients)
- Set-up and maintain of new and existing customers in our systems
- Support and carry out tasks (e.g. training our partners)
- Active support in operational implementation of new products and services
- Monitor and admonish outstanding receivables
- Previewing, completion and translation of documents
- Active participation and cooperation in local and regional projects
- Active assistance in all areas of the team
- Provide accurate and complete information in daily, monthly and annual reports
- Ensure terminal orders and invoicing

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Very good verbal and written business communication skills in Polish and one of the languages: Czech or Hungarian
- Communicative level of English
- Organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
