Job description
- Supporting individual customers from English-speaking markets
- Dealing with incoming phone calls and e-mail correspondence
- Reporting the customers’ issues in the system
- Cooperating with other business areas of our client
Requirements
- Proficient English (at least C1)
- Relevant work experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
