Coordinator - Contractors Payroll

The Contractors Payroll Coordinators are responsible for processing the weekly and monthly timecards, preparing the payment files and releasing the payment to contractors. The role includes performing the necessary audits, data reconciliation, maintaining the master data and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, Treasury team and Finance Billing.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the contingent workforce population of 18000 contractors and temp workers in processing for payment their assignments and working time.
- Be a point of contact as a subject matter expert in the payroll related queries
- Ensuring the highest quality for the payroll task in terms of meeting agreed deadlines, data protection and data accuracy
- Delivering the daily and monthly reporting to the supervisors
- Managing the master data and ensuring the due diligence process
- Contributing to internal risk management process
- Taking part in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Cooperating closely with Business Support Services, Onboarding team and Extention Management team
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant information
Position Requirements
- Very good English, both written and spoken, B2+ level,
- Accuracy and analytical thinking skills ,
- Ability to work both individually and in the team,
- Problem solving attitude,
- Ability to resolve issues in a professional and diplomatic manner,
- Good customer service skills.
