We Are Looking For
Motivated German/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese speakers who have an interest in social media, culture and international affairs and who want to live and work in Dublin, Ireland.
No experience required as this is an entry-level position and full training will be provided. This is a good opportunity for those who want to: kickstart their career, gain international experience and improve their attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills in social media and technology.
Responsibilities As a Community Operations Analyst
- Process and review accounts and content that has been flagged for potential violations of the company's policies.
- Validate, investigate and respond to inquiries of an urgent or sensitive nature within established guidelines.
- Comply with the company's published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in your work and an ability to ramp up quickly.
Your Profile
- Native speaker of German/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese, familiar with their native country’s culture and current affairs.
- Fluent English speaker.
- High school diploma or equivalent leaving certificate.
- Experience with content review and social media is an asset.
- Good knowledge of the internet and technology.
- Results & detail oriented.
