Rage Quit Games is a game development studio located in Cracow, Poland. We started our journey in 2013 and we’ve been developing high-end 3D multiplayer RPG games for mobile ever since.
Our titles reach over 3 million monthly downloads. “Evil Lands” our latest unique action RPG with console-level graphics is constantly rising in popularity. Our biggest release “The Wolf” gained fans all over the world and has been downloaded over 25 million times in total. We’re also working on our new next level product – a post-apocalyptic online RPG for mobile that will deliver a cutting-edge, never-before-seen gameplay experience.
We are constantly challenging ourselves to deliver high-quality games to our players. We are able to do this because we have more than 60 talented and passionate people on board who joined us over the years.
Who are we looking for at the moment?
- You will be the heart (and also on the frontlines) of our community.
- Your job will be to talk and listen to our players – answering their questions, follow conversations on forums and social media channels, crafting discussions that will provide useful information for our development teams.
- Interact with players on social media channels. Responding to their questions, comments and moderating these channels.
- Be present on all possible unofficial channels and communicate with users (i.e. discord, user-created Facebook groups)
- Playing our games and chatting with players. You need to know them and is there better way to do that?
- Creating thought out in-game surveys in collaboration with designers, running them and collecting feedback for developers.
- Flawless English (especially in writing – this is super important and we will check it for sure!).
- Hands-on experience from using Social Media on daily basis. From our experience if you are not using them often privately it will be hard to enjoy this type of work.
- Experience in similar position or managing gaming communities. Maybe you were admin on private server? Game Master in online game? Tell us what you did!
- Passion for games and knowledge about gaming industry. It really helps if you are a gamer yourself and are aware of how gamers interact with developers and each other.
- Ability to communicate with players and explain things calmly and with patience. Trust us – you will need that.
- Open personality and easiness with creating online relationships with large audiences. Remember when we wrote 3 million monthly downloads?
- Attractive salary. It depends on your experience but we value our employees and we want you here for the long run.
- Possibility to grow. We are thriving and there is a lot going on in Rage Quit Games.
- Chance to put our own ideas into practice. You found a way to smooth out a process? You think we should do something differently? We’ll listen and (probably!) let you test it.
- Amazing atmosphere full of creative, dedicated and passionate people. If you want ask them yourself when you’ll come and visit us!
- Possible remote work – we love to have our people in the office, but we’re flexible when it comes to working from home from time to time.
- Private medical care
- PS4 & Pizza Thursdays (No Fruit Tuesdays, sorry!)
