Communication Specialist is responsible for driving change management in cluster of countries in Europe within the Sakura HR Program. In this role you will lead, orchestrate, coordinate and drive the different change management, communication and training activities in your region for the 3 key pillars of this program: Workday, Time & Attendance and Payroll. You will be a core member of the Sakura implementation team and will align closely with Sakura global Organization Change Management Team.
Your responsibilities
- Define Organization Change Management approach for your region in alignment with global OCM and Regional Implementation Lead.
- Perform change impact assessment, training needs analysis and readiness assessments (based on global guidelines).
- Coordinate at regional level with country implementation teams, country/regional HR stakeholders and Local SMEs to ensure related OCM deliverables are completed on-time.
- Define and deliver change action plans and localize communications.
- Drive communications & engagements at regional and country level meaningful to the audience.
- Ensure training delivery for countries in your region as per plan to drive adoption across all impacted stakeholders.
Your background
- Prior experience in driving Organization Change Management delivery for HR transformation projects (Workday/Time & Attendance/Payroll preferred).
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications).
- Experience working in international organization.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops.
- Capacity to mobilize others working in a virtual environment.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, strong analytical skills and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
- Very good knowledge of English and other European language will be an asset.
- Coordinate and engage with people coming from different culture and professional background.
- Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented.
- Agile mindset and adaptability to changes.
- Showcase ownership behavior and attention to details.
- Professional change management qualifications (ideally ADKAR knowledge but not mandatory).
