The Engineering & Procurement division (E&P) is responsible for all engineering, procurement, IS/IT and information management activities in our projects.
This position will support the Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication department. The department covers the Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication disciplines and is also responsible for the completion/commissioning phase of all our projects. The department is responsible for design and specification of all types of systems ranging from simple electrical systems to specification and procurement of complex process and control systems.
The Commissioning Management main objective is supervision and coordination of Commissioning activities in accordance with the Contract and project needs.
- Participate in conceptual design and development.
- Take part in tenders and bids.
- Coordinate all technical interfaces towards commissioning activities.
- Establish and follow up Completion procedures and test equipment needed.
- Ensure that all risk elements, HSE and quality requirements are taken care of
- Ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with agreed plans and Client’s expectations.
- Periodical extensive contact with Client/Contractors
- Actively contribute to learning, experience sharing and improvements related to project management processes and best practices
- University or technical college degree (BsC or MsC preferred)
- Five to ten years of experience within a similar position
- Strong communication and excellent team skills
- Excellent English skills, written and oral
- Management experience is considered an asset
