We are looking for a Team Leader with a commercial spirit, a proactive attitude and coordinating skills, to complete our commercial prospection team in Katowice.
In this role you will:
- Strengthen the prospecting team and ensure proximity management for our prospectors,
- Coordinate and motivate the team to reach the goals/objectives,
- Ensure the transfer of tasks to the team members and solve difficult situations,
- Create a positive working environment, ensuring the individual and collective team coaching,
- Analyze the results and report to management.
Your profile:
- At least 1 year experience in coordinating teams,
- Avancer level of English (minimum B2),
- Dynamism,
- Flexibility,
- Involvement and opened attitude,
