For our Client, a worldwide leader in post-trade services, we are looking for graduates and young professionals interested in field of finance and willing to start their career at the heart of financial industry - in their Cracow office.
The company provides a wide range of services connected with securities, facilitating timely and safe exchange between the clients and their counterparties. As a part of Client Services Team, you will be responsible for communicating with external clients (phone, e-mails) and handling their queries regarding the settlement of securities transactions. Your main duty will be to provide excellent service and client satisfaction.
We are looking for fresh graduates in finance or economics-related fields or motivated to develop in this area. Young professionals with some previous experience in customer service are also welcome. To be successful at this position, you should speak English fluently and have a good knowledge of additional language, such as Italian or German. Excellent communication skills, client-focused attitude and team working skills are essential, as well as analytical mindset and stress resistance. You should also be flexible in terms of working hours.
