Our client, an incredibly successful Company based in Cracow is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. Based in fantastic office close to the center of Cracow, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking for a Team Leader to join their English-speaking team, leading a team alongside dealing with their own customers via chat and social media.
The focus will be to take advantage of data available through analysis and use this to develop a granular and data-driven digital customer service proposition that complements the over-arching customer service vision. While working at this role you will be responsible for managing a team of 12 Advisors and reviewing with team members in order to improve and develop performance.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in Client Service, gained in an international company. You will have working knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including social media, chat, click to call, optimised interactive voice response, Apps etc and how each component leads to improved customer service and reduced costs.
Excellent English and analytical skills are a must.
Our Client offers attractive salary and benefits package. Please be informed that working hours are non-standard- 8 working hours/day between 9 in the morning and 9 p.m
