As a member of your team, you’d be responsible for providing administrative support in terms of available insurance policies by organizing, validating, and verifying the data as well as collaborating directly with the Irish teams to deliver the best solutions available on the market.
- Communicating and collaborating with insurers, clients and consultants in order to process the information from team to team,
- Gathering and organization of data so that Aon colleagues can review the insurance market,
- Preparing reports concerning the current insurance market and processing documentation related to the chosen policies.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and resolving issues
- Acting as an escalation point for process, product related issues driven by daily operations
- Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving, suggesting and using tools to measure improvements
- Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date
- Working closely with other teams/internal clients to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Very Good English and Portuguease – C1 on the CEFR scale, because you'll be using this language every day when contacting others,
- Previous administrative/analytical experience
- Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with client focus (written and spoken)
- Ability to work within and communicate in the culturally diverse team
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong ability to delegate tasks and execute results
