Client Service Advisor

Requirements:
- Experience in business contact with the clients
- Knowledge of IT area and new technology will be an asset
- Excellent command of English and German (both written and oral)
- Knowledge of additional language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) will be an asset
- Customer - orientation
- Problem solving orientation and multi-tasking skills
- Highly attentive to detail and showing strategic insights in delivery and continuous improvement
- Very good presentation skills and maturity
- Microsoft Suite (Office, MS Projects and Visio) experience preferred
- Willingness to participation in occasionally business trips
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of clients’ projects related to new technology
- Manage the delivery of products and services based on the clients’ requests
- Participation in regular meeting with the clients to closely monitor the implementation process and ensure all milestones and deadlines are reached
- Channel and relay client feedback internally, and escalate issues to the Client Services Manager or Technology Director when appropriate
- Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding client services processes
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects for the clients
