For new investor in Cracow international company we are looking for Client Advisor with Italian. If you would like to take a part in new project and cooperate with Clients from different countries this offer is for you!
You will be responsible for:

- Handling incoming calls from international customers (mainly in Italian)
- Transferring process from EU countries to Poland
- Giving advices to the Clients
- Reporting your work to Team Leader
Requirements:
- Very Good written and oral skills of Italian
- Good command of English
- Experience in customer care area within international environment will be an advantage
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Interpersonal and team building skills
