Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely claim investigation – identifying the relevant documentation to conduct claim investigation for each claim type and sourcing through the right systems/channels
- Escalation (to Collections) of invalid claims, that translate into collectable amounts
- Proactively flag accrual gaps in SAP rebate agreements
- Assist automated claim registration and validation; manually process claims (including collating back-up documentation) in case of tool absence or failure
- Triger approval workflows as per claim status and follow-up if necessary
- Trigger resolution workflows to corresponding parties if resolution is not automated
- Send customer resolution communication along with necessary documentation
- Follow defined critical issue matrix and raise alert whenever required
- Maintain regular connect with Finance, Sales and local Operations to resolve disputes and recovery of invalid claims
- Support initiatives related to process and technology to drive best in class
- Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution
- Responsible to maintain overall deductions balance targets as required by the organization
- Understanding of business & local market specifics when applicable.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Fluent in English & German min. B2/C1
- University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Should come with experience in Disputes Management and must have overall Bill to Cash knowledge and understanding
- Ability to identify issues proactively and troubleshoot in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication, Influencing, Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills, automated deduction tools (preferable)
- Customer Centric Mindset, Ability to challenge status quo and being proactive
- Self motivated and independent personality with strong problem solving skills as well as a strongly developed proposal thinking mindset
