For our client, international logistic and building company we are looking for:

Managing, organizing, controlling and leading all systems supervision teams, in addition to Testing & Commissioning team

Preparing resource forecast plan and monitoring and advising supervision staff, etc.

Regular construction site inspections and evaluations of the on-site construction supervisors
-
Monitoring adherence to the customer's construction supervision regulations based on local legal provisions and training staff
-
Constant reviews of construction schedule and documentation of construction progress
-
Arranging and carrying out regular technical interface meetings with all related parties
-
Attending daily meetings (briefings) with the Client
-
Close cooperation and monitoring of the Contractors
-
Regular reporting to the Client and Systems Manager (Weekly & monthly progress reports, drafting letters, drafting presentations for internal and external high level meetings, etc.)

University degree (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering
-
At least 15 years' professional experience and management responsibility in railway supervision projects (Tracks & Systems).

Proven Project Management & Project Planning skills

Excellent English and German skills, knowledge in Arabic and/or Spanish desirable

International working experience is required

Willingness to re-locate to Jeddah for at least two years

Relevant IT-Skills (MS-Office, Primavera P6 beneficial)
