ITER (www.iter.org) is an international project involving the European Union, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, and the United States aiming at showing that fusion could be used to generate electrical power, and gaining the necessary data to design and operate the first electricity-producing plant. The development is taking place under the auspices of the United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency.Cadarache (France) - the construction site of ITER fusion device - currently hosts the world's largest superconducting fusion experiment Tore-Supra at the CEA Cadarache Research Centre, one of the biggest civil nuclear research centers in Europe.

Opis stanowiska
- interact with other groups/divisions of the ITER design teams to prove/accommodate the design to show how provision has been taken in the design to built a safe facility- responsible to solve open safety issues in the design and provide the data needed in this field for the safety reportWymagania
