We are looking for the Business Travel Counselors, who would like to join our team (service 24 h/7 days) in Warsaw (Mokotów).

Supporting corporate travelers with air, hotel and car reservations (business travel),

Having a thorough understanding of customer’s business needs and Travel Policy to make suggestions and assist with itinerary planning,

Providing suitable, smart thinking solutions to problems and assistance by required modifications of travel itinerary,
-
Finding a solution for a customer in emergency / unexpected situation,
-
Providing the best available price, advising the most suitable product(s) of preferred vendors,
-
Communicating and adhering to customer’s Travel Policy.

Fluent English both spoken and written,

French, German or Spanish will be an additional asset,

Global Reservation System knowledge will be an additional asset,

Excellent soft skills and focus on Traveler’s satisfaction.
